Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you give our stylists the courtesy of 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Clients who NO SHOW to scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Repeat offenders will no longer be allowed to pre schedule appointments and will be seen on a walk-in basis only. 

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards including Amex and Discover as well as cash. We do not accept checks of any kind.

While we allow gratuities to be placed on your credit card we encourage all guests to leave gratuities in cash. 

 

Refunds

If you purchase a product and are unsatisfied with it we will happily exchange it for something else or give you store credit.

We can only do so if the product was purchased at our salon and cannot exchange an Aveda product that was purchased elsewhere.

If you receive a service here and are unhappy with the results we allow a two week window from the original appointment date for you to come back in for an adjustment.
