Cancellation Policy

In the case you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you give our stylists the courtesy of notifying us 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Please note you cannot reply to text reminders to cancel your appointment as they are automated messages. 

If you reschedule your online appointment please call or email us so we can cancel the original appointment as you are not able to do so.

Guests who repeatedly no show or cancel may be asked to prepay for services prior to booking. 

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards including Amex and Discover as well as cash. We do not accept checks of any kind.

While we allow gratuities to be placed on your credit card we encourage all guests to leave gratuities in cash. 

 

Refunds

If you purchase a product and are unsatisfied with it we will happily exchange it for something else or give you store credit.

We can only do so if the product was purchased at our salon and cannot exchange an Aveda product that was purchased elsewhere.

If you receive a service here and are unhappy with the results we allow a two week window from the original appointment date for you to come back in for an adjustment.
